In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of HTP Tool (the "Tool") is:
The Tool is an online simulator to design and explore hydrogen valleys: renewable power, hydrogen production, storage, transport, end uses and their economics. The public pages are open to everyone; the simulator itself is available to users holding an account granted by the owner. Its use is governed by the Terms of use.
The Tool's software, models, texts, graphic design and the HTP and FHA logos belong to the owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without the owner's written authorisation, except as needed for the normal use of the Tool.
The logos of partners, funding bodies and European projects shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed to acknowledge their participation.
The owner works to keep the Tool available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors, and may suspend or modify the service, for instance for maintenance. Simulation results are indicative estimates: see the disclaimer in the Terms of use.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that are competent under the applicable legislation.
