These terms apply to everyone who uses HTP Tool (the "Tool"), owned by Fundación Hidrógeno Aragón (FHA) (the "owner"). By using the Tool you accept them.
1. Accounts
Accounts are granted by the owner at its discretion, on request through the home page. They are personal and must not be shared.
Different account types give access to different modules. An account may have an end date, after which it is blocked.
Keep your password confidential and change it from your account page. Tell us at h2v@hidrogenoaragon.org if you suspect someone else has used your account.
The owner may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and may remove accounts that have not been used for a long period after notice to the email we hold, where available.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
try to access modules, data or accounts you have not been given access to, or to bypass any security or usage limit;
overload the service, for instance with automated or bulk requests;
use the Tool for unlawful purposes or to process personal data of third parties without a legal basis;
copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Tool beyond what the law allows.
3. Your data and simulations
The scenarios, inputs and results you create are stored so that you can use them across sessions; they are not published or shared with other users. Details are in the Privacy policy.
4. Disclaimer — results are estimates
The Tool produces indicative estimates from simplified models, default assumptions, catalogue data and external sources such as weather datasets. Results depend on the inputs you provide and on these assumptions, and may contain errors.
Results are not engineering, financial, investment, legal or safety advice, and must not be the sole basis for any decision.
Any project should be assessed by qualified professionals with site-specific data.
Costs, prices, subsidies and regulations change over time; figures in the Tool may not be up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner accepts no liability for decisions taken, or losses incurred, on the basis of the Tool's results, nor for interruptions of the service.
5. Changes
The owner may update these terms and the Tool. Significant changes will be shown on the site; continuing to use the Tool means you accept the updated terms.
